This Video Proves Romney Knows His Whole Campaign Is a Lie

Romney's 2004 reply undercuts his primary campaign argument on the economy.

The unstated assumption here is that the race ought to be a referendum on Obama — and, in particular, a referendum on the lousy economy. But Romney’s strategy here is itself completely cynical and dishonest. I’m fairly sure that Obama genuinely believes that Romney won’t usher in greater prosperity. Does Romney himself actually believe that Obama deserves to be held accountable for the state of the economy? Here’s is that Romney said about this in 2004.

It seems that all of the President's surrogates here hate Romney more than they love the President.

Tom, regardless of popular belief by some on the BB I do not hate Romney, but I do find his flip-flopping on just about any issue you can mention cause to wonder about who this man really is and what does he really believe.

Now, your comment really did not add anything go the board. Did you watch the video and what are your thoughts on his comments defending Bush ... while using the then critics of Bush's policies as reasons to attack Obama now?

IOW - Romney should say "it's Bush's fault".

Why not? All Obama has is - "Bush's fault" and "show your tax returns".

Because there is nothing to love. They could care less about him but they want whatever pet policy they know he will support. With some it is the support of the murdering of unborn children group planned parenthood. That type of thing is what they care about.

Your view of Romney is clear to anyone who reads your posts about him. You have 1 song and 1 chorus and it is all about how bad you think Romney is.

The fact is that the President campaigned on how bad the economy was and how he could fix it. It has gotten worse. Now he wants to be rewarded for his ineptitude by having 4 more years. And how does he and his water carriers on here campaign for him? They talk about how bad Romney is, simply because they know they cannot campaign on how wonderful the President is.

As I stated in one of my first posts about Romney ... I was starting these posts to give a bit of equal time to criticism of Romney on the BB. There was post after post after post, some good ... many bad and dishonest about Obama. It just seemed there should be some equal time on both.

Abortion is certainly a defining issue for many on the BB as the reason to vote against Obama. This is fine and it is their choice.

I have explained that while I am not pro-abortion I cannot let it be the defining reason for voting for or against a candidate ... and I have explained why over and over.

I do not have any idea how many people are going to vote for Obama because of the abortion issue. Maybe a lot, maybe not very many at all. I just do not know.

I do know that Romney is on record as saying he approves of pro-choice and he is on record as being pro-life. I really do not know where in his heart-of-hearts he stands on this issue. As with many issues you can find him supporting both sides when it seems to suit his purposes.

The flip-flopping on so many issues gives me grave doubts about the man.

Romney says he is pro-choice:

Romney says he is pro-life:

I am sure you can find more issues he is on both sides of. So, who really is this man?

And as has been discussed MANY times before, he has a different position now, has explained his change of heart, and is endorsed by those who are pro-life.

Obama has a different position on marriage and has flip-flopped many times depending on what crowd he was playing to. Also, obama has blamed his failures on many things except his own failed policies - Bush, weather, Europe, tsunami in Japan, blah, blah, blah, etc.

Believe us, all of your many anti-Romney posts make it perfectly clear what crowd you stand with.

I would like to point out that Romney has not "run" with terrorists (Bill Ayers) and divided our nation into groups and classes.

Does Crabby actually read the articles or listen to the video's that he links to in his OP?

The headline and the rest of it don't match up.

How exactly does the video "prove that Romney knows that his whole campaign is a lie"?

Can anyone shed some light?

Is it really a change of heart or a change because of the political office he is running for? How can we really know?

The video shows a consistent message from Romney and does not reflect the title of the op.

You know facts are irrelevant to CTB, don't you?

You're just confusing the issue.

I don't hate Mr. Romney. I do not want him as President. It is my belief that he will finish the job Bush started which almost totally sent us into an economic depression, and has continues to cause much misery.

I also worry about the rational faculties of a man who wears magic underwear and believes he will be the god of his own planet after he dies. Not a man who needs to have his finger on the nuclear button.
