Thomas Sowell: 'Systemic Racism' Has 'No Meaning'

Do you know how many black people deny systematic racism in this country
I just heard in a news conference that the premise of athletic teams' names, like Redskins, is racist has in fact been shown in polls that 90% of American Indians have no problem with the name and many report that they like it, YET, this Leftist' narrative to cause division lives on...

The Left will always find enough puppets to blindly follow these kind of narratives because there will always be someone who claims they are offended and will support it so they can falsely claim the moral high ground on these issues.

Beliefs common to a culture are systemic. Blacks widely believe non-blacks think of blacks as inferior. Every monument celebrating advocates of slavery supports the widely held view of systemic racism. And of course the Marxists push the fallacy to gain votes that should go to Lincolns party. Here is an example of actual systemic racism, if you do not vote for Democrats, you ain't black. Or how about, "they want to put you back in chains." With black preachers preaching "God damn America" or Rev. Sharpton preaching shakedown, and masses of people willing to burn and loot businesses, to deny systemic racism within Black culture is twaddle. But do not forget the existence of monuments to the defenders of slavery points to the same problem within non-black culture.

That is illogical. At best, one could say that the Democrat Party rule in big cities is racist but vote the Democrats out and immediately big cities improve the quality of life for everyone.

I also suggest Youtubes of David Manning who is a black pastor from Harlem. He calls them race hustlers

Using the term "Systemic" has become like the left say that someone is "racist". It is used wrongly so often that it no longer has any meaning.

Does that help any?
Even in this video you hear Denzel Washington say "the system is rigged...but"

Your video addresses a different issue than systemic racism. Your video addresses individual accountability. These are two different issues. A person can be subject to systemic racism and still be successful. A person can be subject to systemic racism and still be blessed and live a joyful life. The reality of systemic racism does not equal a person being in abject poverty and oppression.

Systemic racism is when a team named the "Redskins", a name based solely on skin color, can keep their name for decades despite a public outcry and public demonstrations wherever the team went.

Note the denial of racism within non-black culture. Mind boggling

To rename the NFL team as Whiteskins or Blackskins or Yellowskins would be as tone deaf as Redskins. And yes, pigskins is out too. And we can reject Redcoats, Turncoats, and Yellow Jackets. Bird names seem safe with Seahawks , Eagles, Ravens and so Pigeons seems contextual. They could wear white and gray and be the Doves. Hummingbirds and Ostriches would not be my choice.

Yeah, I know. It is pathetic it took so long.

I remember when the Redskins played the Bills in the Superbowl in Minneapolis back in 1992. There were protests. Here we are 28 years later and finally something will be done about it. It took a black guy dying under the knee of a policeman to finally get us here.

Its pathetic that liberals like yourself like to take the protests of a few and act like they are more significant. You libbies like to pretend a great many things. It lacks integrity.

There you go again. You have no counter argument so you call me a "liberal". So tiring and predictable.
