Well, this seems like a rather ludicrous OP, but ...
... I'll bite. I have a good mix of friends who are black, brown, as well as white. I do not have many Asian acquaintances, probably because I don't have access to Asians in my community!
In fact, our church has asians, but they have an Asian pastor, conducting asian services in the mid afternoon. I have talked to a few of the men at our monthly prayer breakfast, and Bible studies for men, but can't say; any are friends in the manner of speaking where I'd have their web site, or phone number, or even recognize them in a store!
However, because I taught Spanish-speaking classes for my job with the state, I made some long-lasting Hispanic friends. Same with the blacks. I had a lot of opportunities to work with the black community because I was on several community groups that involved vaccinations and youth counseling and parent assistance to blacks in the ghetto areas of LA and Riverside County!
My contacts with the leaders of these groups and classes carried well beyond the run of the grants, and I am still god friends with many of these folks.
Plus, I preach in severa black churches during the year. As I've always said, my best times are in the black ser vices, as they have a way of making a song out of my message as I preach along! I get so excited and blessed, because these folks know how to worship and praise God.
Are you average?
