Presidents can issue executive orders--the number means nothing.

However, some of Obama's are illegal.

Does anyone really say that Obama has done nothing criminal?

Folks said the same thing about President GW Bush, Clinton, President HW Bush and Reagan. It's partisan politics. People are simply gonna complain about the guy who isn't from the party they support.

The number is an intentional distraction and is irrelevant. It is a strawman argument no one is making.

Which Executive Orders by Reagan or Bush do you think were illegal?

Executive Order 13233 limited access to the records of former United States Presidents to a higher degree than the previous Order 12667, which it superseded. It was drafted by then White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales and issued by George W. Bush on November 1, 2001.

The sole branch of this government that is responsible for creating legislation is the legislative branch the Congress of the United States. However - the US Department of Homeland Security was created directly by Presidential Executive Order No 13228, below.

What was illegal about reorganizing departments to defend us after 9/11?

There you go again ctb, arm chair legalese makes you look plain silly.

Granted Ronny and W did write up executive orders and dems complained till the cows came home, but they never went against the US Constitution. :type:

Just as the GOP is doing now, except the GOP is stupid enough to scream Constitution. The American public, a large majority of it, realizes this is simply politics from a desperate, divided party.

Creating the Homeland Security Department was illegal, but Congress passed on that for political reasons at the time. Congress, all Congressmen/women, with rare exception have only short term vision ... to the next election, but not beyond.

Obama and Holder have acted illegally and used the charge of "racism" against anyone who complained about them.

In his new book , The People Vs. Barack Obama: the Criminal Case Against the Obama Administration, author Ben Shapiro says:

The pattern of conduct by Obama Inc is that of a criminal enterprise following its corrupt instincts.

“...Fast and Furious,” he writes, “sprang from the bowels of the antigun hysteria of the administration… Obama’s quest to weaken America on the international stage found its apex in the death of four Americans… the Obama administration has made a game of revealing self-serving classified information.”

The pattern is that of ideological complicity in nakedly criminal conduct. Each criminal act stems from an ideological motivation and is covered up for ideological reasons. The first motive is ideology, but the final motive is power. Shapiro writes that Obama has made all law dependent on his whim. That has led us to the lawlessness and anarchy, not of the powerless, but of the powerful....

Quantity means little. Legality and motive (i.e. the good of the Nation) means all.

And those who voted for Obamma were either blind or stupid or both!
