Topless nakedness the law now

Aquatic Center: ‘Nothing We Can Do,’ While Woman Goes Topless At Public Pool & Men's Locker Room (thegatewaypundit.com)
Women who identify as men can legally go topless, example here at a pool in Iowa, the pool managers can do nothing to stop this. I expect more of this, things are not getting better today in the world, so it is becoming more public.
Culturally Christians today look at this as shameful, but in years past public nakedness was also a norm for the old Roman Empire for slaves, and criminals as it was during more recent times, slave auctions.
It is mentioned in scripture as not separating a believer from God, which tells us they had to endure being displayed naked in public sometimes as part of arrests and persecutions like during the fiery trials of public tortures.

Romans 8:35
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

The world is outrageous and always causes offenses, don't be shocked at what you might see in public today. Trans people are mental cases, and demonically swayed by the devil.

"Naturally." But given it was “a middle-aged woman,” this comment seems out of context:

“If someone were to take a picture, it wouldn’t be viewed as some boy at the pool in his swim shorts. It would be a topless photo of a biological female and it would be child pornography.”

However, its implied extended application to underage girls self-identifying as boys and parading around topless does raise an important issue.

You know the way things are headed, that is going to happen, teenagers going naked at the pools, parks, etc. Adults already can legally walk around entirely nude in San Francisco, some beaches, etc, and it happens a lot in Europe. A missionary friend who was in Costa Rica said many entirely naked bodies at the beaches.

Demon infested people may tear clothes off themselves and others.
Mark 5 NKJV - A Demon-Possessed Man Healed - Then - Bible Gateway
15 Then they came to Jesus, and saw the one who had been demon-possessed and had the legion, sitting and clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid.

Acts 19:16
Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

Then I suppose they can have nothing to say when actual men stare at them

some beaches, etc, and it happens a lot in Europe.

My daughter and Romanian SIL were at a beach on the Black sea where many were nude, EGAD! the ones not wearing clothes desperately needed clothes, they were all old, middle aged, fat, out of shape, nothing appealing about it to 'stare at'.

That is a terrible idea. Men Swimming with a shirt on is terrible.
Topless and skinnie dipping ain't nothing new. Even good Baptists been doing it out here in the country for a looooonnnngggg time.
Simple solution: The aquatic center can require "males" to cover their tops as well. Might not be a bad idea anyway... women lust too.

Having been used to the gulf beaches when growing up, I was surprised to hear in the Carolinas of churches being against "mixed bathing" — especially since I thought they were talking about whites and blacks....

When I was in elementary school in suburbs of Buffalo NY in the mid 1960's, the public school had a large indoor pool. They separated boys from girls. No mixed swimming classes. And, all the boys had to swim naked. The men teachers got to wear swim suits. A few times some women PE teachers would come in to observe, I suppose to watch us swim. There were huge observation windows to the pool at the end of the hall which were always covered in so much water people could not see much, and I never saw anyone watching from there. Before we got in the pool, maybe 50 or more of us had to line up for the PE teachers to check us out, mostly our feet for warts. The girls classes swam after the boys and got to wear suits. They could see us thru a small hole in the door and you could always hear them giggling at us. So one day I asked a swim buddy for his gum, ran over, and plugged the hole.
Look up men neud swimming because years ago, that was the norm. The excuse the school would tell us was it kept the pool filters cleaner

Scott - that about when I was in High School. Likewise PE class, including swimming was not mixed.
However - everyone wore a swim suit - provided by the school - and washed after each use; as well as school provided towels.

PS - do you still live in Western NY?
