I would be very, very interested in information about problems with the "Trail of Blood" booklet. Does anyone have any specific info, links, etc?

Please let me first say that the trail of blood is NOT INACURATE. My Husband Has DONE A COMPLETE RESEARCH OF BAPTIST HISTORY. The church that Jesus started is Baptist. Who Baptisted Jesus?? Jesus teaches the same things that a TRUE BAPTIST Church teaches. I have a book that is VERY VERY OLD that was not written by a Baptist. The writer states that Baptist were THE FIRST CHURCH. People want to make excuses, one excuuse is as good as another. Preachers Need to QUIT READING BOOKS that have CATHOLIC teachings in them. I Am a BAPTIST and My reasearch tells me I have been praising and worshiping Jesus LONG LONG before these others denominations. There is a small booklet called to "ALL GENERATIONS" READ THAT TOO. Matthew 16:18 "And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Peter is not the rock, Look in John 1:42. 2Timothy 2:15 Tells us to study, so study.

Hello Everyone. I guess you can tell by now that I do not stay on puter much. {Puter is what my grand children say when they want me to play with them" papaw get off the puter and play" and I do.} I was delighted to see the post by thessalonian of Jan 15. He simply proves my point. As to his assumptiopn that we do not know any real catholics is crazy. What he doesn't know is a part of my family is catholic and I love them greatly. Would you believe that they come and visit this Tennessee redneck every summer and are welcomed here?
Now with that said it does not change the fact we as Baptist will not agree with their doctrines and church structure. To say that Mary is the mother of God is to give God a beginning and to say that christ began in Bethleham on that Christmas morning shows a lack of study for scripture truth and reminds me of Jeremiah 44: 23-25
Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against
the LORD, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD, nor walked in his law,
nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened
unto you, as at this day.

JER 44:24 Moreover Jeremiah said unto all the people, and to all the women,
Hear the word of the LORD, all Judah that are in the land of Egypt:

JER 44:25 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying; Ye and your
wives have both spoken with your mouths, and fulfilled with your hand,
saying, We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed, to burn incense
to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her: ye will
surely accomplish your vows, and surely perform your vows.

Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to discover that early baptist history has been tarnished and mostly destroyed by this oh so kind catholic church. Do you not find it funny how the religious groups that try to advance their doctrines by the sword will always called their oppossition unkind and mean?
Oh well I"ve said enough. Mr Catholic bring on your best accussations and let us learn your concept of truth we will be the better for it.
One last thing in speaking with my catholic cousins I asked about their souls and they affirmed to me that they believed the gospel as found in I Cor 15:1-5 I believe them and plan on being in glory with them., but their is no other name except that of Jesus Christ we can find our hope and salvation. For anyone on this forum or any other who does not preach Christ and him crucified has no buissness calling themselves christian or to say the least a baptist.
