Presidential impeachment is a political process. It has nothing to do with justice.
Democrats control the Senate, where the trial would be held.
Not a chance of a guilty verdict, no matter what the charge. So, why bother?
In the not too distant past , democrats sent the nation a message. The president, if he is a democrat, can break the law with impunity. They'll never convict him.
