In 2000 I finally hit my 50th state (Hawaii). Have preached, held education seminars or spoken at conventions/conferences in all but two states.

I have printed a US map and colored in the states in which I have set foot, and Alabama is a conspicuous "peninsula" in which I haven't. I have flown over it, but the way I count them is setting foot inside. For that reason, I also do not include New Jersey, even though I once was driving in Pennsylvania and took the wrong fork and went over the Delaware River into NJ, but I turned around, first chance, and never set foot in NJ.

I have been to almost all states but Alaska is one of my favourite and liking state. It provides variety of things to see and do. There are number of activities for tourist to do such as river rafting, glacier viewing, fishing, ecotours, dog-sled rides, cruising, kayaking, gold panning and hiking.

Much of my travels have been due to mission trips. Great way to serve the Lord...not to mention see this great country!

What's left for me: Just four states--Alaska, Hawaii, Delaware, Idaho, Nevada.

I guess I could go to Nevada first, and see if I could win enough $$ to travel to the other locales!

(Just kidding. last time I gambled, I saw Dr. Bob, Saggy, & C4K at the poker table. Embarrassed us all half to death)  :D :D

I haven't been to Hawaii or Florida, Alabama, or Georgia. I haven't been to Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Connecticut, or the one above Wisconsin.

I purposely do not wish to go to Florida or Georgia.

I think I've been to the rest at some point or another.

Ohio beats all for beautiful colors before winter.

Oregon beats all for wonderful early mornings spent by the Rogue River and mountain views.

Alaska beats all for being left alone...well, technically anyhow. Maybe just change that to the capability of not having to have human contact if you don't want it. LOVED the cold!

Nevada and Arizona are why I won't visit Florida. If I liked that kind of heat, I wouldn't have gotten saved.

I love New York for her ability to offer almost anything you're looking for and for the ability to find a place that makes you at home, no matter what your background and lifestyle.

Pennsylvania is fun for nature, but the people are...I don't know. So very...Pennsylvanian.

California's a mess. Plus they shouldn't let jellyfish wash up on the beach where I pick them up trying to figure out what they are. LOL

Montana's my dream state. I'd never move there because it might kill the dream, and it's one of the only one's I have left.

New Jersey is very clean. I liked that. At least when I was there. There wasn't litter on the roads, it wasn't dusty, it all just looked...clean. The air was nice too. Very...clean.

Maryland was weird. Like a twilight zonish experience.

Indiana seemed like it might have some corruption going on high up. Like it was in the air.

North and South Dakota are both really pretty and I'm surprised they don't get a lot more attention.

New Mexico is interesting. Take the scorpions out and it's pretty cool! Well, it's hot, but it's a dry heat and that I can handle! Cool malls, neat landscaping, love the feel of it. It's...comfortable. Artsy, unique, lots of stuff rolled into one nice package.
