True/False John calvin was A Great Theologian/Author In Christian Church

It is hard to find a rival. Particularly for evangelicals.
Calvin is one of the first thorough systematic theologians. Standing the second generation of Reformers, he was able to see through a lot of ecclesial clutter and speak clearly on matters oft neglected by his contemporaries.
His magnum opus The Institutes is one of earliest contained systematics out there. Though I don't agree with him on any number of issues I cannot deny his influence and place as a great theologian in the history of the Church.

"God preordained, for his own glory and the display of His attributes of mercy and justice, a part of the human race, without any merit of their own, to eternal salvation, and another part, in just punishment of their sin, to eternal damnation."
"No man is excluded from calling upon God, the gate of salvation is set open unto all men: neither is there any other thing which keepeth us back from entering in, save only our own unbelief."
So, eventhough I would not put him in the "great" category, he was a pretty good theologian. He has influeneced many people.
