It's the law. The man is a supposed "refugee" fleeing oppression, he set foot on American soil and he made his claim. At the same time he told the Border people he needed medical attention.
But that is not the worst of it. We actually have been bringing in people (and giving them green cards) with disabilities for a long time now. How do I know this you ask? About 15 years ago my wife was having surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. While in the waiting room I was talking with a newly arrived Somali man who had one leg that was shorter than the other and as part of the conversation I asked him what he did for a living. He said he wasn't employed but was given SSDI upon arrival in our country. Nice, huh?
Especially the ones who vote party line blindly.
So the guy who owes money to the mob has been given 21 days to pay, or the mob exacts it’s revenge.

It's kind of amazing the amount of attention this thread is getting. The facts are:
1. Trump said he would willingly shut down the government to get the funding for the wall. He then shut down the government.
2. Trump said he wouldn't reopen the government until and unless he got funding for the wall. In fact, he did reopen the government without gaining any funding. He also said it was reopened to lessen the hardship and suffering of the federal workers that were not working.
3. Now he says if an agreement is not reached in 3 weeks he will either shutdown the government again or use his executive powers to declare a national emergency.
Basically, he's lost any leverage he had. Does anyone think he's going to shut down the government again? No.
Will he use his executive powers to declare a national emergency? Possibly. But the lawsuits have already been written to delay that order and will be filed 0.1 seconds after he issues the executive order.

Let me say it again. Its part of the plan. It will go to the SCOTUS.
What he's trying to do is not to have to wait until that happens to start building.
