US drops largest non-nuclear bomb in Afghanistan after Green Beret killed

The mother of all bombs was finally rolled out the back of a MC-130cargo plane. The bomb was used to take down a massive seriers of ISIS secret tunnels. And while the Afghan presideny, Hamid Kazari was angry over the use of such a nassive ordinance being used in his country, but is clearly obvious that another bad actors in and around Afghan will be facing similar ordinance if they don't lay down their weapons, pick of plow shares, and return to a life of living in peace with the fellow tribesmen.

So what are thoughts? Has Trump actually changed the face on the American war? Is he going after ISIS in the way we should have always gone after them? In other words has Trump lived up to his promise of going after and taking I.S.I.S. in a wat that will make haste of this war?

And in going after ISIS is Trump demonstrating to her allies, that she is actually back in the game, and not just to play but to win.

Finally, have the Americans decisively demonstrated to the world that they are back, and that they can be TRUSTED?

This is probably pretty good psychological warfare--for those who are not yet locked into vestal virgins as an eternal reward. That kind of mindset understands only one thing: martyrdom.

That sure was a lot of brisance in one spot. The delivery system is really neat: backend of a "herky bird".

Does this system require a forward spotter? What happens when a shoulder mounted SAM is in the area? An 11-ton air burst would probably be effective--all the way to Bali Hai. Mr. Karzi may need to get a bigger coffee cup.

Good move. Mr. Trump.

Looking at Afghanistan's response, it seems this was a joint effort to hit a heavily mined area that the US/Afghanistan forces have thus far been unable to take.

The Russians tried to deal with the same kind of thing in their 10 year tenure. We have been there longer--circa 9-11-2001 and still have the same kind of problem: getting guerrillas out of the caves. There is still a lot of conjecture about the demise of Osama Ben.

Tribal war lords and civil wars are not good things in which to get involved--we had that lesson from 1964-1975: the so-called Vietnam Era.

Napalm worked in Iwo Jima--it was still costly for both sides. Stymied again.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus

It may take a few of those tonbrighten his life. I am really praying no one flinches in this game of chicken. One flinch could bring about the beginning of the end, and I am of the belief that America is not mentioned in prophesy for the last days.

Do you have any idea what attacking North Korea would lead to? He has nukes and almost certainly would use them if attacked.

Why are you constantly wanting to provoke war?

I think you READ way, WAY too much into what members are saying. I do not believe this brother is provoking war any more than you are seeming to provoke arguments with me for jokingly referring to the NK leaders weight. Or the other membertingling all over for a nuclear war. None of us want a nuclear war. Anyone who does is as unstable as Kim Un. There you have my opinion

Actually, I am trying to provoke you for your schoolyard fixation on Kim's weight. And I'm not so sure (given your previous comments) that you wouldn't like to turn North Korea into a nuclear wasteland.

Best to deal with North Korea now than have to deal with them later. That chubby psycho can NOT be allowed to further his abilities. He should have been stopped years ago - and IF he does end up using nukes that blood is on Obama’s hands for his incompetence toward protecting this country and it's allies and defending against this threat. Further, anyone who even dares to suggest sticking our head in the sand on fear of what North Korea will do - and can’t see beyond that globalist pacifist ideology to the problem getting worse if we don’t do anything now – is simply not thinking straight and should step aside and stay out the way....

Sure glad I don't attend your church. You must be a real "hoot!" I'll bet dollars to donuts that like Kim, you have a weight problem. I can't see any other reason for you to be coming back to that comment, every time you write me. Don't take that as criticism, rsr, us Baptist folks are on the chunky side, and if we can't laugh at ourselves, glory me, we'd be in serious trouble.

Grace to you ...

Better watch it Ben ... one of the commenters on this OP is offended with referring to Kim's love of food. Of all the soldiers marching the other day, it was interesting to note how slim and fit Kim's men are, next to him.

I wouldn't make the point except for the privilege that psycho thinks he is to be worshipped for which coexists to being entitled to unashamed gluttony while many, if not most in his country suffer from hunger while he goes about his crazy agenda to become a military power...

Unfortunately if we at at war we have the duty to safeguard our troops by fighting with all we have. MOAB in this case did the job. It is time to do it or come home home. Just don't hurt the Oil and the Wine ✌️
