My fear is that I know that the Democrats are deadly serious about this and that they will impeach and convict if they win the necessary majorities in both houses. The result would be a leftist government and a continuation of Obama leftism. The deplorables would be smashed economically once and for all. I think that where the Dems miscalculate is that they too would suffer an economical and military setback. Since we are into ID politics, we can easily label the groups that the Dems will use by stirring up hatred to try and win the election.

As you know, we have a big primary fight here in Indiana over the nomination for US Senate, although I think that Todd Rokita will win the nomination and defeat incumbent Joe Donnelly in the fall, a pickup of one Senate seat for the GOP. I think that a House victory by the Dems means that Trump will automatically be impeached but the Dems may not be able to get a conviction in the Senate.

Well, with regards to that particular race, unseating Donnely is possible but not certain. Actually, the GOP primary could hurt the ultimate winner, too raucous, I think Rokita is Trump's guy.

Hope they listen to Steyner and run nationwide explicitly on impeachment - Trump won the popular vote in 30 out of 50 states, and a liberal estimate of 2,649 counties to Hillary's 503. But then they say never to interrupt your opponents when they're making a mistake, so . . .. GO BLUE WAVE!!!! IMPEACH THE PUTIN PUPPET!!!
