Because Bush didn't lie about the motivation of the attacks? Didn't stall and rule out a military response.
You had no outrage for those?

Yep, he just shrugged it off. No real concern on his part.
Four diplomats have been killed during Obama's time in office. Sixty were killed during the Bush presidency and you shrug them off.
If you mean you had outrage for those deaths, why did you say there was 'no outrage?'
But you forgot these. Why no outrage for these deaths?

And he didn't blame a single one on anyone but Islamic terrorists, much less a video. And to my knowledge, he wasn't using any of them to run guns to ISIS.
Sixty deaths and you find excuses.
Four deaths and you act as if the world is coming to an end.
Hypocrisy.
The Benghazi attack was more notable in that prior to this there has been no US ambassador killed since was the 1970's.
The claim that "60 diplomats were killed under Bush" is false. The majority were non-Americans who were working at embassies, and American defense contractors.
And in these attacks during the Bush administration, there had not been repeated requests for additional security, as at Benghazi.
