Trump Pardons Michael Flynn, Who Pleaded Guilty To Lying About Russia Contact

If the Department of Justice wants to use him as a witness to follow up the conclusions of the Mueller Report, Flynn has now lost his Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination. He can be compelled to testify AND charged with perjury if he gives false statements.

Good news for Flynn, but potentially catastrophic for the President and his associates.

Mueller and democrats grasping at straws. Russia Russia Russia, when now with Biden ought to be China China China.

Trump did the right thing, Trump would have done it already months ago except Sidney Powell told him to wait.

Great news, as he was entrapped by illegal measures used on him!

Flynn said they threatened his family if he had not confessed, they would have also gone after them too.

If the government wants to charge you its an easy thing for them to put you through their torture rack.

Those agents who got him also refused to tell him would need a lawyer, as they told him :no big deal"

Specifically, they were looking at charging his son, since his son was also involved in illegal activities as an agent of Turkey.

The moral here is, if you don't want your children to get into legal jeopardy, don't involve them in your crimes.

You mean like taking your son to China on air force two and having him involved with Chinese communist party leaders where his son gets a billion dollars to “invest” and the “big guy” gets half?

Do you think this should be investigated? Or is your sentiment one-sided?

A special counsel should be appointed to look at that. What do you think?

peace to you

You mean the conclusion by the Mueller report there was no evidence of collusion? What’s to follow up?
It's clear you've never read the Mueller Report, only what Bill Barr and the right-wing media circus has told you about it. You will always be at the mercy of people who spin and tell lies unless you do at least some spot-checking of your news sources.

There was evidence of coordination, but there was a very high bar to make something like that stick. Among the parts that are not currently redacted, Roger Stone was the go-between with Trump, the Trump campaign, and Wikileaks, and they knew that Russia was the one behind the hacking. Moreover, there are at least a dozen incidents of obstruction of justice that are well-documented in the Report.

Here's a copy of the report for you to examine for yourself.

Here is an article analyzing the most recent unredacted portions of the Report.

I think it should be looked at, just like Trump's own personal business dealings with China and many other countries around the world. If it looks like there is evidence of a crime, it should be investigated.

A special counsel should be appointed to look at that. What do you think?
If an initial investigation shows a crime, yes.

Let me be clear. The counsel members were biased. The investigation was based on falsified information and dem party oppo research. The courts were lied to and the process was flawed at best and criminal at worse.

I suspect you will disagree, so let’s just disagree.

peace to you

They have not been charged with a crime, in the US.
But have been charged in the Ukraine.
But the President was screaming for Barr to do it. Barr probably knew there was nothing to it and didn't want to get himself in deeper.

...Unless Bill Barr indicts these people for crimes, the greatest political crime in the history of our country, then we're going to get little satisfaction unless I win and we'll just have to go, because I won't forget it. But these people should be indicted, this was the greatest political crime in the history of our country and that includes Obama and it includes Biden...

Unless you think the Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee was biased when it released it's report confirming all of the public parts of the Mueller Report and adding more incriminating detail, you are completely in error.

NOTHING that Trump was "said" to have done was an impeachable offense, and the Dems knew it, but wanted to jar it all up in election year!
