Where it gets tricky is to state that it’s a constitutional right to do whatever with their body, ie abortion and this is what Roe states. The serious question is, is it... can we support suppression of the constitution via a higher power law —- thou shall not kill. I believe yes we can and this should go to the courts for a ruling to reverse its legitimacy. And, as I have said earlier, I have criticized him in my past church for his stance. But now this RCC has reversed itself and become very liberal... that and coverups among pedofile clergy caused me to leave it.
