Mueller will go into politics in my opinion. He will run as a Dem because the GOP will never vote for him. He has two strikes already: the Whitey Bulget deal and the anthrax deal. He's too close to Comey.

I've been against him from the beginning because he's doing a great deal of damage to our country and also, I believe, to our faith. Non-Christians see 80% of white evangelicals supporting a man of unquestionably bad morals who acts for himself and his fellow multi-millionaires but then lies about that to the middle class and poor and turn away from the church.

Presidential pardons can only cover federal crimes. The President cannot cover state crimes. Mueller has worked with state authorities to indict appropriate persons in the investigation with both state and federal charges so that the President cannot use his pardon powers to easily stymie the investigation. That's why Paul Manafort is currently wearing two ankle monitors.
There may be progressives who will be also wearing ankle monitors as well (or worse) for several crimes committed (leaking classified info, exposing classified info on unsecured devices, etc).

Hillary makes it clear that she hates Evangelicals, so why would an Evangelical vote for someone who hates him? Besides, Hillary excused her husband's rapes so women don't like her and women consider her a liar and women don't like liars. Maybe the Democrats should nominate Maxine Waters in 2020.
Hilary is Methodist. Trump is ?. I'd say agnostic at best. I'm not aware that Hilary hates evangelicals. Evangelicals hate Hillary. Why? Because she's a Democrat. Evangelicals also hated Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Obama. See a pattern here?

Hillary is a nominal Methodist, but few Methodists are Evangelicals these days and Hillary has made it clear that she is pro-choice which disqualifies her from being an Evangelical. As for Jimmy Carter, he is a religious liberal, and liberalism is considered cultic theology. He and Clinton were both Southern Baptists; Carter left the SBC on his own and Clinton was thrown out. Obama was in a blacks-only church that cursed the USA and publically criticized Evangelicals as bitter enders, etc. (check You Tube). Obama also made attacks on the truth of Scripture and thus identified himself with the cult of liberal Christianity.
So the question remains, why vote for someone who hates you and calls you a deplorable?
Don't know for sure but I suspect there are a few evangelicals in the basket of irredeemable deplorables clinging to our bibles and guns.

Carter left the SBC when the fundamentalists staged a political takeover. He joined with the CBF.
