Trump shows apparently altered Dorian trajectory map

"Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump showed a map of Hurricane Dorian's trajectory in the Oval Office on Wednesday afternoon that appeared to include an addition showing the storm potentially affecting a large section of Alabama.

Trump claimed the map was the original forecast. But a similar image released by the White House last week did not include any impact on Alabama in its forecast."

So Dorian turned Northeast rather than Northwest So what.

Just one more opportunity for the Communist National News to attack the president with a distorted narrative of the presidents mistake.

Wonder why no such hysterics when President Obama made his bloopers.

e.g. The 57 states

I don't understand what all the hoopla is over this. Is there some previous history where Alabama got short-shrift on the hurricane path prediction? Why is the press and Trump feuding about this?

They are essentially arguing about where the wind is going to blow in two, three, or four days into the future.

Are you sure?

I suppose it's because the press is always attacking Trump. However, Trump is going far out of his way to insist that Alabama was once in the projected path of the hurricane. He has tweeted about it several times and held a short presser showing him holding up maps of the hurricane's path.

It seems like there must be more at work here than the typical press/Trump feud.

Well, Democrats, and therefore most news networks are fuming that President Trump has spent so much time on this instead of being "consoler in chief." One newscaster even argued President Trump is more concerned over his own voters, than those in other states. I find that a dubious argument because the states hammered during this row are red states. It just seems everyone reads evil intent into each other's accidental mistakes.

From Wednesday, August 28, through Monday, September 2, the information provided by NOAA and the National Hurricane Center to President Trump and the wider public demonstrated that tropical-storm-force winds from Hurricane Dorian could impact Alabama. This is clearly demonstrated in Hurricane Advisories #15 through #41, which can be viewed at the following link.

The Birmingham National Weather Service’s Sunday morning tweet spoke in absolute terms that were inconsistent with probabilities from the best forecast products available at the time.

This progressive Trump haters obsession with the Alabama thing shows their unhealthy attitude.

Trump simply repeats the preliminary path prediction. They go crazy.

Trump has exposed the content of their character and now they are doing everything they can to assassinate his. I'm unsure of Trump's strategy, but whatever he can do to further expose them the better it will be for him and the entire country.

But to really take down the Fake News media hydra would be no small feat. It seemed a pipe dream that someone would make this much headway, which is considerable.
