I have been wondering myself if the POTUS could or would be able to do this. I think he should.
More info keeps coming out how Biden is contaminated by the the Chinese communists, he is calling them good.

Just keep on finding more major fraud evidence and how the courts refuse to act on it for purely political reasons, that is the catalyst. the military would run the election, count the votes, likely use paper ballots.

Under what circumstances would they do that.

There is no provision in the constitution for POT:S to use military to force a new election in certain states because of fraud or any other reason.

It would be a lawless abuse of power and if Flynn really thinks it’s a possibility I’m glad he didn’t serve as NSA.

I didn’t see a single quote from the Ins:rrection Act that gives POT:S authority to use the military to force a new election in states with fraud.

This is not an option. The constitution specifically addresses contested elections and POT:S should follow the constitution. If it doesn’t go his way, he must leave.

Once again, the constitution has a process to address contested elections and that must be followed.

The “Insurrection Act” does not apply and to if POT:S used it to force a new election in certain states it would be a lawless act and ignored by military commanders.
