As this year's SCOTUS term came to an end, three rulings of common sense restored a measure of justice to our wayward government.

1) Discriminating against Asians for the benefit of Blacks is unconstitutional.

2) Forcing believers to augment non-belief violates the right of free speech.

3) The claim a law for one purpose authorized the President to use it for another purpose (Loan Forgiveness) is unconstitutional.

The Trump Administration did more than that. They enacted many great policies.

Unfortunately I do not believe that those accomplishments will be Trump's legacy. Often it is not the good but the bad that is remembered.

Same with the Biden Administration, come to think of it. He has done more for veterans than any recent administration (from VA resources, financial increases, veteran homelessness programs, education incentives [closing loopholes]). That seems strange to me, but whatever. I doubt he will be known for his accomplishments (however few).

The legacy Presidents leave behind never live up to their accomplishments and usually exceed their failures.
