So "Trump's world" is Islamophobic?Welcome to Trump’s world, sir...
Sad.& thank you.
I don't at all appreciate that fellow's language. The vast majority of Moslems are peaceful and law-abiding. They absolutely did not deserve to have that maniac slaughtering them. The Holy Spirit tells us that God loves aliens or strangers and that we are to love them too.
However, I don't know how it has been in the USA, but here in Britain we have had wall-to-wall T.V. coverage of the NZ shootings, yet in the last month,140 Christians have been killed in Nigeria and there hasn't been a peep from the BBC or anyone else. Also, the day after the shootings, a gunman suddenly opened fire on a 'bus in Birmingham UK. The MSM assumed it was a right-wing extremist doing the shooting and it was headline news. Then it was found that the perpetrator was Turkish, and the Media dropped it like a stone. There seems to be double standards going on.
Sad.
Are you sure about that? Another perception is that the vast majority of Moslems live in countries where they dominate and make it difficult for believers, if they even allow them at all, and especially difficult for those who would openly convert from Islam to another religion. The vast majority of Moslems are peaceful and law-abiding.
I have several friends who work as Christian (Baptist) missionaries in Muslim countries which I cannot name, but they are in the news as trouble spots. They report the same thing. On numerous occasions, their family has been hidden by Muslims when the extremists would come through the village, at great personal risk to those who shelter them. The extremists (terrorists) are not widely loved. Are you sure about that? Some US allies even fall into the categories I mentioned. And I have had personal discussions with Muslims who see nothing wrong with suppressing freedom of thought, even forcefully, violently. The reason? Because Mohammed was the last prophet of God and superseded all the rest. For them it was axiomatic. They admitted they had no real defense for their position, but that did not change anything (that I know of). These people were run-of-the-mill, not the extremists we hear about in the news.I have several friends who work as Christian (Baptist) missionaries in Muslim countries which I cannot name, but they are in the news as trouble spots.
