Tucker: Rittenhouse trial taught us this...

Tucker is in fine form here. He could hardly miss, as the prosecution and their MSM/Big Tech lackeys are so incompetent, mendacious, and malevolent in their agenda, rhetoric, and propaganda.

Tucker: Rittenhouse trial taught us this

Here's an excerpt from the associated article/transcript:

Now you notice in that statement complete unwavering certainty, and this is common for PolitiFact, which issues opinions like they're edicts from God himself. They do this because the social media companies use PolitiFact edicts as a pretext to censor any speech online that contradicts the official line of the Democratic Party. The so-called narrative.

So PolitiFact disagrees with what you're posting, then you are, by definition, spreading misinformation and you must be silenced. That's how it works. So naturally, other media organizations echoed this position immediately. "Kyle Rittenhouse, 17," declared the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, "was not old enough to legally carry the assault-style rifle he had." Just stating it as fact. And then the entire national media followed suit and told us the same thing.

The problem was it was a lie. In fact, under Wisconsin law, which apparently no one in any newsroom in America had even bothered to check, 17-year-olds are allowed to carry rifles as long as their barrels meet a minimum length requirement, and Kyle Rittenhouse’s rifle met that requirement. So no, Kyle Rittenhouse did not violate Wisconsin's gun laws. Today, even the prosecution at the trial was forced to admit that. And so immediately, the judge dismissed the firearms charge.

wow.

I watch Tucker on occasion. Usually streamed from videos like you posted.

I haven't been watching this event at all. I learned more about this case in the 15 minute video than I knew about the situation all together.

I know I'll sound like a broken record, but this is exhibit 958 on the removal of the restrainer. Completely irrational argument by the prosecution. The referenced "news" networks ... they've been gone a long time.

An extremely sleazy prosecution, itself deserving of prosecution.

Video and autopsy evidence demonstrated that two assailants had grabbed the end of the rifle.

The prosecution claimed they found no assailant DNA on the rifle.

Where did they check? Only where Kyle was holding it. The assailants grabbed the end of the barrel, but the prosecution didn’t bother to check there.

The judge had to remind the prosecution over and over that the onus was on them to prove guilt, including in this point. Better to have done it in front of the jury.

the jogger trial is going on, too, saw one of the defendants on tv testifying. The Rittenhouse trial is in the deliberation phase, rumors are flying, of course. In this one, the prosecution is especially corrupt and dishonest. They introduced a low-res video that was bad for Kyle during the trial, but sat on a high-res one and claimed they did send it to the defense but was compressed in the process. Different file name, though ... OOPS

I heard the judge doesn’t like the prosecution. Is that true?

Thanks for asking. No, he's quite a nice guy, but he was outraged by their egregious misconduct in this trial.

He has gone out of his way to be fair, probably way too fair to the prosecution. There are probably sufficient grounds for declaring a mistrial with prejudice.

He is also disturbed by the very irresponsible behavior of the media in commenting on this trial. He even wondered whether he should allow televised trials in the future.

The thing is, by televising the trial it is easy to see, for anyone who has time to watch, just how right he is on both counts. Both the MSM and the prosecution have demonstrated shameful political bias. But then, so did Biden. Lawsuits may be coming.

By televising the trial, the public could see how weak the prosecution's case was. The State wasn't helped by the ineptness of the DA.

They were certainly laughably inept in not even providing sufficient evidence for the curfew violation charge. But their prosecution was mostly malicious, even unconstitutional—definitely not bona fide.

Yes, TYT is just the sort of disinformation Big Tech loves. None of those attacking Kyle were protesters. All of them were rioters, arsonists, vandals, except for the last, who pointed a gun at him.

That one works for the ACLU, is affiliated with The People’s Revolution, and was prejudicially livestreaming the riots and the scene in general. Oh, and he was illegally carrying his gun concealed.

He repeatedly lied to the police, claiming he had dropped his gun. He has also filed lawsuits, none of which mention he even had a gun, much less that he was carrying it illegally, pointed it at Kyle, then lied to the police.

Oh, did I fail to mention that he was also the prosecution's star witness?

well, many in the MSM still think Kyle shot at black people as some kind of vigilante wannabe. Now some idiot producer has had PMSNBC and NBC banned for trying to dox the jurors.

It's a circus like so many political trials. I don't know, we are past three full days and still no verdict, so I'm going to guess a hung jury. No telling, someone said they overheard one of the defense lawyers say it was a 6-6 deadlock but you can't believe anything the media says here, and another thing is that it's 11-1. maybe 10-2 toward acquittal, but both sides are dug in.

The media constructs the narrative to get the desired outcome. I wonder how many here believe Kyle shot blacks?!
