I didn't recall seeing Frank Sutton in that long list. He was in the Phillipines with the Army during the retaking.

If you notice "GSGT Carter" wore a Army Good Conduct medal on his marine unifiorm - that was to honor his service in the US Army.

I would add Charles Bronson and Eddie Albert as both are combat vets of WWII.

Dolph Sweet Fimme a Break

A navigator on B-24 "Liberator" bomber aircraft, Sweet was a 2nd Lieutenant assigned to the 44th Bomb Group. Shot down on 1 August 1943 during Operation "Tidal Wave" (the first major mission flown against Axis oil refineries) at Ploseti, Romania, he was captured and held as a POW in Italy until 1944.
