please give us the evidence that convinced you beyond the shadow of a doubt.

Off topic, but I learned in court last week(or had it reinforced) when I sat as a juror that the standard to prove guilt is "beyond a reasonable doubt". :)

Nah, I was using that as sarcasm.
Doubt we will see any proof, much less anything that would prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that Iran is guilty.

True, Carpro makes many sarcastic comments, he seldom back any of them up though.

Iran does not have nuclear weapons currently and I doubt that Iran will have nuclear weapons for the foreseeable future.
Impressive that we have someone with such detailed knowledge right here on the lowly BB. How in the world did you come by this information that apparently the UN doesn't even have? Perhaps we should find a contact for you at the IAEA and the UN so you can put this matter to rest once and for all, because we know you wouldn't make this statement without proof, would you?

The truth is apparently that no one actually knows the state of Iran's nuclear program or capabilities. People who pontificate about it are the ones leastly likely to know.

Simply another case of the wish fathering the thought.

We've seen alot of that lately out of KenH.

Even if we do see some evidence how do we know isn't being faked and spoon fed to us by more of the Pentagon's "message force multipliers" or just more faked news reports?

I would guess that there is no evidence from any source at all that you would trust ...

unless it fit in with one of your more sinister CTs.

I see you'd rather talk around the paid government propagandists and government generated news coverage altogether and go for a little character assasination instead. Don't blame you though if I had been the one who consistanty bought into all they were selling I wouldn't want to talk about it either now that they've been "outed".

You take yourself far too seriously.

Why is it "character assassination" to wonder what source you would believe on any issue when you tend to see a booger behind every Bush?;)

Yeah, let's just ignore our own nation's National Intelligence Estimate.

That's right. An NIE just couldn't be wrong.

National Intelligence Estimate October 2002

Iraq’s Continuing Programs for Weapons of Mass Destruction

"We judge that Iraq has continued its weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs in defiance of UN resolutions and restrictions. Baghdad has chemical and biological weapons as well as missiles with ranges in excess of UN restrictions; if left unchecked, it probably will have a nuclear weapon during this decade. "

Not at all. We are discussing Iran, not Iraq.

We were discussing the reliability of NIEs.:BangHead:
