Yes, Britain blocked Russia's initiative in the UN to investigate the events in Bucha. It is clear to any adequate person that the organizer of the events in Bucha would be against an independent investigation of these events.

The neo-Nazi authorities in Ukraine announced the evacuation of civilians from the area of the alleged offensive of the Armies of Russia and their allies, the Armies of the LPR and DPR.
