in the real world, the manager who fails to preform gets fired and is replaced... that’s simple conservative capitalism. There is no, “too big to fail” and if it is then this is the underlying problem.

May be, but a company would be insane to fire him only to have the competition manage them into the ground. Wanting to replace Trump with Biden/Harris is for those who hate America and want America to fail.

The Lincoln Project consists of such people, as does the Dem Party itself. No one should allow themselves to be fooled by them or their MSM lackeys.

What type of construction is considered commercial? You mentioned medical offices, does that include hospitals? I would agree that housing is all but dead. My son works for a Porshe distributor in Fla that just built a large distributor dealer. They recently canned the general manager ( lack of performance ) so that should tell you something.
