"I do vaccine trials. I, in fact, help create vaccines," Memoli told the Journal. "Part of my career is to share my expert opinions, right or wrong ... I mean, if they all end up saying I'm wrong, that's fine. I want to have the discussion."​

I would prefer that this were stated more scientifically. For example, they should demonstrate that he is wrong (or not), not merely agree by consensus, which would be the ad populum fallacy.
