Just turned 75 on Saturday and didn't feel like celebrating... Lost my first Christian wife to Kidney Cancer in 2003 and I took another Christian wife in 2004... She developed Breast Cancer in 2015 and went through radiation and chemotherapy and now is cancer free... I been a caregiver all my life and discover just recently a large lump in my right breast... We both go to see the doctor today... I told the Lord that his child doesn't know what lies ahead and to send me a little comfort and he sent me this

Psalm 28:7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

If its not asking to much could you see it in your heart to send up a little prayer for Brother Glen

It’s a day by day thing Glen.... this last cancer bout knocked her for a loop. But she is slowly progressing with Gods grace.

Steve... Pam and I went to the doctor today and I she told me who to contact... So I called The Imaging Center and am set up to have a mammogram, followed by an ultrasound on the nineteenth of this month... I should have the results by then and see what other steps need to be taken... Until then we will pray and wait on the Lord, pray and go from there... Until then we are carrying on our Bible studies and from time to time, daily I come on here... You take care of your lady and we are glad she is on the mend... Take care my dear Brother and Christian friend... Glen

As a side note Glen, I have been shopping around for places to move to when I retire, we really want to get outa the North East. We have just had a storm that dumped 3 feet of snow and every day we are getting 6 more inches of snow on top... it’s pretty but ... Anyway I was kinda favoring Arizona but I was told by the wife to forget it, we are moving to Orlando because that’s where my son is. Here is the argument, “don’t you want to be with your grandchildren are, to bring them up as Christians and bring them to that Primitive Baptist church down the road in Winter Garden Florida?”

In the NT Jesus often heal with the words, "your faith has made you well."

I presented here verses of how people use different means to heal themselves from their diseases, and this is very small portion of all those healing that actually occur in the Bible.

I think, as Christians, we shall strike a certain balance between relying on doctors, medicine, and modern methods of treatment, and faith in GOD.

In times like this our faith in GOD put to the real test.

Myself, I had no insurance of any kind, and my saving is not big, and I know that if something happens to me, I am doomed. But my logic is this, that I have to face the Lord sooner or later, and why I should struggle and resists the Lord's call then my time is up?

Is it not better to be with the Lord for eternity than constantly suffer on this Earth, lose your love ones, and face death in agony and pain? Is it physical life better than the spiritual life?

I will pray for you and your wife tonight to heal you and to give you additional years of life like GOD has done for Hezekiah, but again, GOD make His own decisions for each and everyone of us, and we have to submit ourselves to His will.

Let GOD bless you Tyndale and your wife and heal you and your wife, and let the Lord's will prevail, and His glory, love, and mercy, to shine forever above all His creations.

Update... I got my boobiegram and ultrasound today and the diagnoses is... Brother Glen is going to be watching you brethren and you ain't getting rid of me yet... It was just a mass and nothing to be concerned about and at 75, not going anywhere yet... Thank you all for your prayers... Praise God!... Old eagle eye is watching... Now behave yourself!...
