Pence did not shell out that much money.

We paid for this.

Enough. This is out of control.

Like I said, I was there, with my oldest son (who treated by the way!) and we were behind the 49ers team when the anthem took place. We were both pleased to not see anyone take the knee. But we find out today that there were some who did? If they took the knee for a protest, it failed miserably! Nobody on our side of the stadium could see a thing! I laugh at those who would do so, and pity them for using something so honorable and perverting it to their own ignorance. I find some comments here apalling by the way. Y'all sound like you are enjoying the 'rant' a little too much. Whatabout all the walkouts by other officials? Surely it costs too. Sheesh!

See picture at the link to understand why you couldn't see the kneeling players.

Probably was a stunt, but it's working - Jerry the Jerk Jones and the Dolphin head coach are crumbling. It's just an answer to the NFL's ongoing publicity stunt of "protesting the anthem".

Yeah, Mike should have known this was going to happen (playing the 49ers, lol) but everybody is overlooking the impact of Karen Pence - she is a big Colts and Peyton fan and she just wanted to attend because they were going to retire his jersey at halftime. I think "Mother" calls the shots in that relationship.

Vice President Mike Pence walked out on his home-state Indianapolis Colts Sunday when members of the opposing team kneeled for the national anthem, but a report that Colin Kaepernick, the player who started it all, will stand if given another shot in the NFL was quickly dialed back.

"I left today's Colts game because @POTUS and I will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem," Pence tweeted.

VPOTUS doing cheap publicity stunts.

Yep, just like everyone else. He too has the 1st Amendment and he put it to good use by walking out of a football game because of the disrepect shown by some players. It's high time the NFL starts paying the taxes that they currently are exempt from.

Hmm...a VP who protests the National Football League but not the National Socialist Party...kind of sums up what's wrong with the present American Establishment.

Um...apples and oranges?

National Football League - entertainment industry paying grown men millions of dollars to play with a ball.

National Socialist Party - political party in a country that encourages the freedom to vote your conscience.

Should the vice president, who is supposed to be a leader for ALL Americans, condemn some of them? That would be fascist, wouldn't it?

He's happy to condemn those who bend the knee. Evidently he feels he doesn't represent them. But he fails to condemn those who espouse an ideology responsible for slaughtering millions in the last century. It is indeed apples and oranges...you're right on that part...but for all the wrong reasons.

PS Are you seriously suggesting that Mike Pence represents or should represent actual Nazis??!! Because, if so, wow, just wow
