The country said two people have died and 204 have been infected with the virus, quadruple the number of cases it had two days earlier, as a crisis centered in China has begun strongly reverberating elsewhere.

The multiplying caseload in South Korea showed the ease with which the illness can spread. Though initial infections were linked to China, new ones have not involved international travel."

The rumor mill has it that the virus can live for several days on the surfaces of things touched by those infected - e.g. money, cell phones, snail mail.

Death rate though is still low, people can live with this, it is not a single plague in Revelation that kills a third of mankind. it could even be said this virus is not one of the end time plagues, just a precursor disease, as was the black death.

the virus is communicable asymptomatic for two weeks BEFORE symptoms appear.

supposedly 5 million people left the Wuhan area for the Chinese new year 2 weeks BEFORE the first victims fell sick.
