Are non-members allowed to attend your church business meetings.

Are they encouraged to attend?

If you are in a large church
(say over 250 voting members)

How do you know if someone attending is a voting member?
(Especially if your church has several hundred members)

Other situations at your business meetings?

We allow the general public to attend our business meetings. The members set in the stand , women in their amen corner and men in theirs. The larger churches . There is a worship service and then one of the Pastors or an ordained Elder will stand as Moderator and call for love and fellowship among the members before starting the regular business. They also allow for one who had taken gospel steps as in the 18th Chapter of Matthew to come forth. The non members can only observe the proceedings, which are held once a month if the church had adequate attendance.
