I'm wondering if this will be the determining factor in any cease fire not happening. If Hamas was sincere (they never are) this killed that.

If I recall my history correctly Mohammedanism, was born at Mecca and
Mohammed, the Praised One, the prophet of Islam made cease fire agreements when he was out maned but never a peace treaty and they have done a good job of carrying on with it for the most part till today. Their cease fires come and go at their will.
