Guessing the government will win this implementation of Covid Vaccines. Many would like to go out and be back to their normal lives thus, getting a covid passport is the only remedy whether you like it or not as I can see.
I am kind of enjoying staying away from the crowds. I have been Deer, hog, Turkey, Dove, Fox, Bobcat, and Coyote hunting much more than usual. Fishing a lot more. Being around non-family is over rated.

Probably not, no state was willing to lose it's Federal Highway funding.
Didn't think of finding. It is still odd to me that in SC I have to wear a seatbelt but can do 70 on a motorcycle without a helmet.

Feds have not dangled a carrot and waved a stick about helmets I guess.

It says "manditory".

BTW....are there any states that do not have a seat belt law?
South Carolina’s Child Safety Seat and Seatbelt Laws

This is what it says on the top of the page that I linked. Maybe your link favored your mandate debate to debunk my earlier post.

I don't give a hill of dung about your source. I am talking about SC Code, Title 56, Section 56-5-6520.

It is law, but the language used is "manditory". The idea that if it says "manditory" it is not law us just stupid.

But……but…..what if it says mandatory & it is not law? That was the whole point, eh? Your non point made for another negative on this board, so thanks for that.

Oh... I see. You mean if the people who make laws say "manditory" then it is law....but if the people who do not make laws say "manditory" then it is not a law.

I agree. I have been places where masks were manditory and I could be fined because it was a city statute. But I have also been places where masks were manditory and all they could do was not allow me in or fire me.
