His was not a typical Christian response, regardless of theological leanings. The attitude of the OP is anti-Christ (reminds me of the Westboro cult), not Christ-like.

The first time I heard that line was in 199's film The Green Mile. It still has charm.

    That you know of.

If something happens to that congregation, the authorities may be knocking on your door. Your letter does not just express disagreement, it is unhinged.

Lets see - you have written two letters - Right - and no response
Now you are sending an E-mail

and what is the definition of Insanity - do the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Oh - by the way - now that this the third time - he could report you to the authorities for harassment.

One last thing - WHY do you want this thread closed -

Has anyone ever taken the rafter out of their own eye?

Is it not obvious that the OP author needs a surgeon?

Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that wins souls is wise.

Not just one fruit, here and there. Not even a branch of fruit. But a whole tree of fruit!

John 15:5 I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit . . .

How do we identify a true disciple of Christ?

John 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you be my disciples.

Matthew 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Not seeing fruit? Maybe the problem is that the tree is corrupt?

I suspect you didn't mean to post this in this thread.

The nearly universal deluge story in almost all cultures is quite interesting.

Well, that's an easy one to answer. He expected someone to praise his willingness to call out sin. Since he hasn't received even one positive response, this thread is threatening his self-esteem. Therefore, it must be closed.

The only one who thinks sin is "fun" is you.

Why would you think I'm having fun? There's nothing fun or funny about this thread. And I haven't criticized you in this thread; I made an observation based on past behaviors. If I'm not correct, all you had to do was resort to another of your canned responses: "Wrong!"

But instead of that, your first response was to call me a critic. Perhaps I was too close to being correct?

Why is the B.B. taking the word that the person is what the member claims?

All the information is that a previous contact was made and some disagreeable remarks made years ago.

    Proof?

Where are the “witnesses” Scripture obliges to be used?

As a whole I don't think we are. @evangelist6589 is not working within his church but is on a mission to convict the world. As such, he has no biblical authority.

Hmm - is it really to convict the world - or is it to build himself up.?????
