The question makes no sense Biblically. Look up “born again” in the Bible. Where does it say “your ________ nature has to be born again” instead of “You are born again.”

Which part of you did not get baptized?

My nature was affected by the fall, born a sinner, how about you?

Jesus explained this, "there is none good but one, that is, God." -- Mark 10:18. Also Jesus received from His mother the same "knowledge of good and evil" from our common human parents Adam and Eve that causes the sinful nature in all of us. What you are failing to see is the "knowlege of good and evil" that is in man the cause of the sinful nature is part of Jesus' divine nature as God. (Genesis 3:22).

All of us save for Jesus are affected by the fall, and are born as sinners...

Born with sinless human nature, as Adam had before fall, per scripture, while all of us are born as sinners!

Actually, One person, having 2 natures, God and sinless humanity!
