Nope. The "lapses" are just for two of the calvinistic orders.

They have to do with whether the decree of election is directly above (supra) or directly below (infra or sub) the decree to permit the fall (lapse).

All the other orders of decree all just called by the name of the system they represent--Lutheranism, Universalism, Arminianism, Amyraldianism, etc.
