Using republican "logic" why shouldn't we wait to get the voice of the people in the mid-term elections? Obama's Supreme Court nominee was forced to wait for a year following that argument and never got a hearing.
I'm not a Republican, but true their logic very often makes no sense.

There's nothing that says freedom of speech is cancelled anywhere (except when yelling out fire in a crowded auditorium) and you don't need a permit for it.
True but freedom of speech can also be made into a license to make a fool out of one's self.

Republicans called this kind of thing exercising their freedom of speech under the First Amendment when it was done by the Neo-Nazi's and KKK in Charlottsville.

No, you don't see that sort of thing at very important hearings by the right. There is a certain amount of decorum that should be observed in such a setting. This was outrageous, not only by the protestors, but by the Democrats, one of whom Kamala Harris interrupted Sen. Grassely before he had 10 words out of his mouth during his opening statement.

The Republicans were only following the "Biden" rule, which stated that such nominations should not be considered during an election year. Now the Democrats are getting their comeuppance - it was they who went nuclear on nominations and gutted the filibuster. It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of politicians!

Inside an orderly chamber you have no right to speak. Visitors are there to watch, not talk. Try sitting in the audience and talking in a courtroom and see where that gets you.

Ignorance. You think you have the right to sit in a movie theater and shout during the entire movie? Try it and see what happens.

Democrats everywhere should hang their heads in shame. Democrat Senators, supposedly the United Sates most august chamber, acting like hoodlums and college protesters.

All because they lost an election they thought they had in the bag.

All because the most important thing in the world to them is to for women to be able to murder their babies. If the world ever comes to it's senses, democrats will be the pariahs of the world.

Democrats have no shame.

No. Making a pledge to block everything President Obama tried to accomplish was an outrage. This included their unconstitutional decision to not give his Supreme Court nominee a hearing. The democrats are pushing back against the do-nothing Republican Congress.

So you really don't support the constitution. Only if it supports your side. Right?

well, they needed a permit for assembly and had one. Today they didn't.

You don't have the right to go into the Senate and start screaming, even if you work there.

and yet it is puzzling why needs explaining
