What’s Trump going to do to keep countries like Canada and Denmark in the G7 vs moving to BRICS? We don’t hear anything from the administration about making peace.

So Mr. Trump did not cause deflation, i.e. a depression, to offset the inflation in the listed prices. Did during the first 100 days, any of the prices come down from their peak. Has the price of eggs dropped from the peak price? Has the price of a barrel of oil dropped from its peak price.

Will Tariffs cause the price of the imported item to increase? Yes. Are alternate choices available such as made in America items. Yes, but probably not for everything because the manufacturing factories died over the last 40 years.

The 64 dollar question is will the American voter accept the short term pain to make America great again? Certainly not if the "big beautiful bill" is not passed into Law, to partially offset the increase in prices with a decrease in taxes.
