What Did james mean By "A Prayer of faith?"

he says that IF a prayer like that is offerred up to God, sick will be healed and restored, his sins also forgiven him.

Is that a special kind of prayer, just for healing, or what?

It cannot be taken in the absolute and unconditional sense, for then, if these means were used, the sick person would always recover, no matter how often he might be sick, and he need never die..
