Amy - Not silly... Chris Rice has a song about that called "Questions for Heaven."

Why did You bother with so many stars?
Do You ever play tricks on the angels?
What happened to all of those dinosaurs?
Where's the Garden of Eden?
What causes deja vu?
Do our jokes make You laugh?
What's Your favorite cartoon?
Can You tell me what's out past the edges?
What about UFO's, taste buds, tornados?
Why do we dream?
What causes deja vu?

It's a great song, with kind of a carnival sound to it.

LOL.

I look forward to falling prostate in my Savior's presence and worshiping Him for the first 10,000 years or so.

What I am really not looking forward to is remembering all the opportunities I had to worship Him while I was alive on planet earth, but didn't.

Thanks Joshua. Those are great questions too.

There are many things I look forward to in eternity but I think this rates as one of many at the top of my list.

I can’t wait to see all those that cursed that precious name, (especially those Hollywood actors that take the Lords name in vain to get a laugh )and those who spurned his offer of salvation , confess that he is The LORD. and we shout AMEN

Php 2.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
I look forward to never again having to face separation from my loved ones.

I looked forward to seeing who's right and who's wrong also, until I realized I might be the one who's wrong!

Nah.
Yeah. Keep the faith. Regardless of what we have been given to understand, we all will be in the Kingdom of Heaven.

I look forward to seeing Jesus face to face........ I think. Wow, how humbling will that be?

I want to ask Him; why didn't you save them all? Why did you allow anyone to come into existence knowing they would never receive you?

The honor of hearing from Him, well done my good and faithful servant as I began to serve Him as a son of God.

As I ask Him to my table, perhaps the possibility exists of He inviting me, and my family to dine at His table toasting with the wine, and eating our fill with Him.

I want to see Timothy first. He is my Biblical hero:thumbs:
Of course I want to meet all my friends here on Bap Board :1_grouphug:
(Yes, Dr Bob, you too:laugh: )

There is a Lutheran pastor I met in Germany. I was starting a Baptist church ( for US mil) and asked this pastor if we could use his church bulding for our services. (he said the powers that be would not allow)
Actually our coversation was very broken. He spoke very, very little English, and I spoke virtually no German. But he held he hand over his heart and said Jesus in my heart! :jesus: I am confident I will see this Lutheran pastor in Heaven!

Eternity

AFTER "and he shall wipe away all tears",
I believe the Lord will give us every single memory back that ever brought us joy, wonderful thrilling joy in our life. The small memories of my children that I have long forgotten, the memory of my dad holding me in his arms and my mother and he holding on to all of us together. The memory of my granddad and I skating together......just name it. What it was like the day I told my mother that I finally received Christ as my Saviour....The day my dear sweet wonderful wife stepped off the plane on the Island of Guam....it goes on and on. The memory the gift to the children of God in heaven and the everlasting torment to the lost in the lake of fire.

See God, the Father, and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in Their GLORY

Being able to see God's face, unlike Moses who could only see his hinderparts in the cliff of the mountain.

Talking with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Solomon....all the saints of God...Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Apostle Paul...I could go on.

The thing I look forward to the most.....kneeling before King Jesus and kissing his most precious feet!! The one who died for me!

I could go on for days and wouldn't even scratch the surface....May God bless us ALL!!!
Amen brother.
