Meant to add this last night. That entire podcast was "fake". The voices, the script, everything was generated in a few minutes by AI. AI generated the script, AI talked with itself, AI created a fake voice. Joe Rogan did not interview Sam Altman.
The pauses for breathing by both characters, the "ums" and "uhs", everything was generated by AI. And it's AI having a conversation with itself.
Initially that may sound "cool", but if AI can fake a podcast with fake voices and fake conversation, it can also fake radio transmissions of a Russian pilot shooting down an American plane. It can fake radio traffic over Fire/EMS/Police bands. It can fake military transmissions stating a nuke was launched. It can fake diplomacy between nations.
