What Do You Want On Your Tombstone?

Bible Believing Bill

<img src =/bbb.jpg>
Don't want a tombstone, Don't want a funeral, Don't want a big deal made when I die. I have never liked funerals or graveyards. My Dad does alot of geneology and drug me along to look a tombstones for his research.

When I die I want to be wrapped up in a tarp and thrown into a ditch or unmarked grave. I know that won't happen, but that is what I would want.

Nothing, because I will be cremated. I told my son recently to throw my ashes over the bank of the river that we hike at, from the bench that we always stop and pray at. I hope that we get raptured before that time anyway.

Why are you looking at this piece of a rock marking a spot in the ground where I'm not actually at? Don't put flowers here, they'll only die! OUCH! You stepped on my finger!

Since I love to sing, I will have a solar powered audio tombstone with my recorded voice singing the 2nd verse of "Higher Ground".
"My heart has no desire to stay, where doubts arise and fears dismay. Though some may dwell where these abound, my prayer my aim is Higher Ground. Lord, lift me up,..."

Always looking foward, never behind.
Always looking above, never below.
Always on the move, never in a rut.
See how one life was changed in a single instant.
Won't you choose Him too?

I'm not really that particular, as long as it's not anchovies or pepperoni.

Oh, you did say not to say anything about pepperoni, didn't you?

I think just my name, unless I can top this one seen on Boot Hill in Tombstone, AZ.

Herein lie the bones of old John.
So many are glad that he's gone.
And if you're one of them
You are not rid of him.
He's coming with Jesus anon!

[Not that I will actually have a tombstone.]
