What Doctrine could keep us from Heaven?

The sow that was washed back to her wallowing in the mire?

How about this?

Ezek. 18:21-24

But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die."
Whether OT or NT man is saved by grace through faith, so when a righteous man turns from his righteousness he is turning from his faith that made him righteous.
Agreed.

Die here in these verses is a spiritual death, eternal separation from God.
Disagree. The "Law" [first 5 books] are very explicit that "die" is physical death for violating the law of God ...

[Lev 10:7, 9 NKJV]
7 "You shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of meeting, lest you die, for the anointing oil of the LORD [is] upon you." And they did according to the word of Moses. ...
9 "Do not drink wine or intoxicating drink, you, nor your sons with you, when you go into the tabernacle of meeting, lest you die. [It shall be] a statute forever throughout your generations,

[Lev 15:31 NKJV]
31 'Thus you shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness when they defile My tabernacle that [is] among them.

[Lev 16:2, 13 NKJV]
2 and the LORD said to Moses: "Tell Aaron your brother not to come at [just] any time into the Holy [Place] inside the veil, before the mercy seat which [is] on the ark, lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat. ...
13 "And he shall put the incense on the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of incense may cover the mercy seat that [is] on the Testimony, lest he die.

[Lev 20:20 NKJV]
20 'If a man lies with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness. They shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

[Lev 22:9 NKJV]
9 'They shall therefore keep My ordinance, lest they bear sin for it and die thereby, if they profane it: I the LORD sanctify them.

[Num 4:15, 19-20 NKJV]
15 "And when Aaron and his sons have finished covering the sanctuary and all the furnishings of the sanctuary, when the camp is set to go, then the sons of Kohath shall come to carry [them]; but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These [are] the things in the tabernacle of meeting which the sons of Kohath are to carry. ...
19 "but do this in regard to them, that they may live and not die when they approach the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in and appoint each of them to his service and his task.
20 "But they shall not go in to watch while the holy things are being covered, lest they die."

[Num 6:7 NKJV]
7 'He shall not make himself unclean even for his father or his mother, for his brother or his sister, when they die, because his separation to God [is] on his head.

... and just in case it was unclear:

[Lev 24:23 NKJV]
23 Then Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they took outside the camp him who had cursed, and stoned him with stones. So the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

[Num 15:36 NKJV]
36 So, as the LORD commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.

The issue in Ezekiel 18 was that the people didn't think that the death (physical) of the sinner was enough punishment, the people wanted to kill their children for the sins of the fathers. God said "No."

[Eze 18:19-20, 32 NKJV]
19 "Yet you say, 'Why should the son not bear the guilt of the father?' Because the son has done what is lawful and right, and has kept all My statutes and observed them, he shall surely live. 20 "The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not bear the guilt of the father, nor the father bear the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself. ...

and the conclusion ...

[Eze 18:19-20, 32 NKJV]
32 "For I have no pleasure in the death of one who dies," says the Lord GOD. "Therefore turn and live!"

On another thread it was asked about doctrine : (post # 19)

I said this:
Charlie -
As I look at my answer - it might appear I disagree with you .
Quite the opposite - I do agree with you.
Looks like I was playing "Devils advocate"

So what doctrines would actually keep us from true salvation.
how about if a person did not believe in Lake of Fire or the Devil?
A person believes baptism is necessary to complete salvation
A person believes you are not truly saved until you speak in tongues?
Grace. Theabuse of the doctrine of grace. (I don't mean anything Calvinism related)

The context determines the type of death, physical vs spiritual.

What happens when you "die in your sins" as Ezekiel said through God?
