I had two fried eggs, bacon and toast with butter. I had a migraine and wanted to push the protein. Didn't help but it was yummy!

Cup of coffee, glass of OJ, two pieces of toast with jelly and a bowl of granola. This is pretty much breakfast every morning.

Took the two youngest (2 & 5) grandkids with me to go shopping this morning. We went to McDonald's and all of us had pancakes.

Grits, bacon, eggs, coffee, orange juice, banana bread from last night...a number of choices for everyone here. Nobody chose steak and eggs, which surprised me. LOL Silly people...it's a ribeye. Maybe I'll cut it up and use it in a salad later and that way it'll stretch and make the salad seem all fancy.

Woke up with an extreme urge for a - carrot. LOL Guess it was a theme, because I found out later that two of the kids also got up and at a raw carrot. Maybe we're all low on beta-carotine?!
