What else is new!? Who else would do this?! It is always Pelosi to the rescue.

The truth is, as a Californian, Pelosi, and Schiff, and a bunch of the other dems, make me so embarrassed to be from this state! I didn't vote for them, as they are not in my region. And I can proudly say that the region I hail from voted more GOP's into office the DNC's! Still, we have Pelosi! What can we do? I am open for ideas, other then moving, because at my age, and being on social security, leaving Cali is not an option.

Seriously though, if on social security how can you *not* afford to relocate outside of California? I relocated from a higher tax state to a lower tax state upon retirement, and that move served me extremely well.

Brother, my wife and I are seriously hindered with physical impairments that make moving impossible. PLUS, I have been with Kaiser medical for over 40 years, and finding new docs to treat my issues would be more stressful than living in a state with several political lunatics. I do appreciate your concerns, though, so thanks. Just keep my wife and I in prayer. God will not allow the spiritual hedge around us to fail or fall! I have complete confidence in Him. Of course, if Noah knocked on my door and told me to move because a flood was coming, I'd pack a suticase and be gone in a few hours

Definitely will keep you and your wife in prayer. California can be tough and difficult, I know.

For one thing, Pelosi is age 79, so the clock is ticking louder for her to step down & enjoy her great wealth in what time she has left. And she's not nearly the prob that some other Cal Dems are.

And Ca. will keep on electing liberals for the forseeable future. Look at some of the goofy stuff going on in that state, such as several communities banning the use of natural gas, one of the cheapest & cleanest-burning fuels there is. And a power company turning off electricity for frar of fires? Why doesn't the state govt. prevail upon them to make their transmission lines less-likely to stary fires ??????????

About the best anyone can legally do is vote against the liberals in their district, speak out against their stupidity, and pray God will remove them from office somehow.

Thanks for the prayers. YOU know, I never thought I'd be so old and decrepit that I'd be stuck in the mud and not be able to move if I so wanted. However, we know that Cali is as sinful and disgusting as Sodom must have been in its day, but in truth, we trust our fellowship with like minded believers, and the hedge we have placed around us, to keep us safe and spiritual safe and sound. Still, prayers are needed.

We both believe a major size quake is coming to this region, and it should thoroughly shake out the sinful, leaving their way of life under the rubble of luxury and comfort they proudly boast of!

I'm reading a lot of moaning and groaning. I've read suggestions on moving out of California. I'm a native San Franciscan. All I can do is echo Acts16:9:
And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.
Few here see this as a matter of John 4:35:
Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

In other words, how many here look at California as a home mission field?
