What would you object to your child being taught in a public school?

Suppose there was a Jew in your childs class - and his dad (a Rabbi) came to explain Hanukkah - would that be okay?
Suppose the dad was a Muslim, Mormon, JW, ect -- ok?
Should a teacher explain that a married mom and dad is the best deal for a family?
If so - would a child of a single parent, feel they are being shortchanged?
At what age, should students have sex education?
Should schools provide Rifle marksmanship?
Should a student be call out, who refuses to use the term "MS)?
Would you allow your child to attend school on Halloween - if the teacher was having a theme party?

What other activities would you have your child to op out that would be part of the school program.

You don't need to answer every question - may 3-6 that catch your fancy?

PS when it comes to issues such as a female pastors - please no 100 word essays - just a simple yes or no.

I wouldn’t have any problem with it. Jesus would have celebrated it.
John 10:22
And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.

We would also sit down and talk about it.

No. Cults are not okay. I would opt out.

I don’t have a problem with that. It’s true.

They could. But there is more that goes into the issue than just how we feel. If you can’t look at the situation with a biblical perspective, it’s not going to be easy. It’s not going to be easy anyway. It would be harder. If someone’s missing parent is a gold star, or car accident victim or died with health problems, or is not in the family picture, none of these are the child’s fault. That is something that they should be reminded of and should feel free to find encouragement from their parent and authorities.

I had biology class in high school. It was vague enough. That was sufficient. You don’t need to feed your mind something to burn about. God created nature to take care of itself. Yes, I believe that people have instincts also and don’t need schools to usurp the timeline.
Should schools provide Rifle marksmanship?
I don’t think they should be doing this if they are also training kids to be psychopaths.
In general, it has merit.
Should a student be call out, who refuses to use the term "MS)?
As in any woman whose marital status is unknown?
This is a bit archaic now a days.
But if it is required and not adhered to, yes.
If it is not a rule but the student is otherwise respectful, I don’t think it prudent to make a problem out of something that has not been taught or observed. If you mean something else I don’t know what.

God made the day. We are rural enough to not see anyone, but when we did, it was an opportunity to have the neighborhood visit you so you can share the gospel with them.
Note: when sharing the gospel, it’s best to be as little a problem as possible. The gospel is offensive enough without passing out toothbrushes to people who want candy.
Same with tips. Don’t leave a stingy tip with the gospel.
What other activities would you have your child to op out that would be part of the school program.
The locker rooms and the school bus in today’s world.

I guess I am opinionated. ;)

Public schools are usually second rate schools. I had my kids in a Christian school except for two years of home schooling. PS can turn out kids that graduate with honors, but cannot read. My grand-kids also never went to a PS. To put a kid in a PS is to limit their achievements as it does not take much to stand out in one. If I took the average home schooled or Christian school child in a PS they would be bored as the curriculum would not be challenging. They could be lazy and still make the honor roll. The DOE should be eliminated as our kids are dumber than before it was established. There are some rare schools, but those are usually rural schools in a Conservative state. Studies have shown that home schooled or CS kids excel about their PS counterparts.
