What's Behind the London Attacks?

It's quite obvious there are other Islamic countries who are just as indirectly involved with this act of terrorism as Iraq was to 9/11. Which one should we attack? I'm for Iran because it's spelled very similar to Iraq. How about you?

No, we do not have enough troops to invade another country while we are in Iraq plus the American people won't stand for it, not even most of us who support the effort in Iraq.

80% of the American people are against the open borders but that doesn't seem to matter to the government, so why should we expect them to listen to voices aganist a war with Iran?

Because so far the open borders have not resulted in another 9/11/01 attack. Sending troops into Iran would cause riots in the streets. You know how much I support our policy in Iraq but, while I would not riot, I would vehmemently oppose an invasion of Iran.

I'm hoping it doesn't come to riots in the streets myself. But here's the questions in my mind, if there were protests against sending troops to Iran how would the media cover it? Would they get any exposure at all and if they did how would the protesters be painted? Would they be called "wacky liberal conspiracy theorist nut jobs"? Or unpatriotic ingrates maybe, a danger to national security and freedom loving people? Would we finally get a look at the police state so many people are in denial about and see tanks on the streets and foreign troops in UN blue rounding up American citizens?

There were millions in protest at the RNC and not all of them were anarchists and liberals but one watching the nightly news probably got the impression they were.

Those are some great posts, especially the one laying out the way our government has schemed to create supportive public opinion for some of it's darker endeavors. These documents prove the government has been willing to do these kind of things. People need the bubble of their naivete busted on what their government and the representives of the monied interests are capable of. It is said the people will do behind the cover of corporations and government what they would never attempt to do on their own and from experience we know it's true. My tolerance for conspiracy depth into the bildebergers and bankers is low but we sure know something is going on with the monied interests in whatever form they take. We know what we are up against because the Lord said you can worship God or money but you cannot worship both. Well we know now why God made money, other than so many other things, the alternative here; that is, it is the major problem.

The first article gives good tactical reasons why al-qaida would definitely not want to do this now. I think Osama must have been spitting nails when he heard of this bombing but he probably suspected right away that it was, in the articles terms, a falseflag operation. Al-qaida would want nothing more than for American public opinion to turn even more against Iraq occupation and the deteriorating aspect of Rove and the charge of treason would do that and you have to believe with all these reasons factored in that the terrorists, now of all times, would want to sit tight doing nothing to hinder the burning of the enemies ship. People have said that Rove might be able to wiggle out of this legally but the point is the damage that would be done to public opinion in the process with all the commentary and talk of treason and it is not impossible that it could even bring Bush down. We have all seen too much of this convenient wag the terror the past 4 years with it's unbelievable timing and this one is just not buying anymore. Again, some great posts there!

That's a good argument, but I'm still in favor of Venezuela - sure, they're more Catholic than Moslem, but they have a lot of oil. Plus, they're in OUR hemisphere so we sort of have a right to them.

I'm sure they've got some sort of terrorists there. If not, we could probably hire some fairly cheaply.

Reason why the government doesn't care:

The Club of Rome made recommendations in 1973 for dividing the world into ten political/economic regions for the purpose of unifying the entire world. Actually, people in the know discovered long ago that tin-foil or aluminium foil alone is next to usless against the new and improved (NWO) government microwave and particle beams.

To properly shield oneself from these rays that zaps memory and increases cognitive dissonance
(like public school, television and flouridation in our drinking water didn't dumb us down enough) you need to switch from tin or aluminum foil to a product called Reflectix and aluminium tape. Make sure you are properly grounded by attaching a wire from your cranial shield to the metal water system in your home.
