I suspect they do not have enough verified information to release all at once. And there is probably no "smoking gun" (maybe enough to start an investigation, but not enough to be a "slam dunk"). So the best they can do is feed information a bit at a time to support a narrative designed to help the campaign.If so, then it’s a poor strategy, if they want to influence the election. 25% of the vote is already in with early voting in person and by mail. And there is more of the vote being cast day by day.
I doubt it will sway anyone. Most (except the cultists) know that Biden is dishonest and crooked. Most know he and his family have profited from his positions (both as VP and senator). Most know he is a racist. And most know he is suffering some type of decline mentally insofar as he is not as sharp as he was at one time.
Most Republicans (not the cultists) know that President Trump is not the most honest person, uses the Church for political gain, and has a very inflated ego that often gets in the way.
But each side chooses the person they think can win the battle for their party. All but the loyal cultists at least have a very strong idea that their candidate is very problematic.
