I believe Abel received the only true Altar Call; that from the Holy Spirit. And that he understood the promises, saw them afar off, was persuaded of them and embraced them; his offering of the innocent substitute (blood offering) thus becomes his confession. (ref. Heb. 11.13 and 12.27).
