Any of you guys have the Left Behind Board Game or Proverbs for Families board game? Our Nick got both of those. Think we'll play one tonight.

Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal
Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando
Sly Cooper 2
Ty the Tasmanian Devil: Bush Rescue
Pac Man World 2

I got a computer of my very own (so cool! I don't know anything about computer set-up, but mine looks cool, all black stuff). And a cd player, and some clothes and girly stuff, and a piano!!! I definitely got a ton of stuff, and I appreciate every bit of it (I think I like the piano better than the computer!!!).

Don't forget to be careful about wearing too much orange in certain parts of Ireland.

I'm sure you (and many others) were saddened to learn of the death of former Vol Reggie White. If you wish to hold up a football player as an example by which to mirror your life, he would be a very good choice.

All of us who knew of how he conducted his life on the playing field as well as behind the pulpit will truly miss the Minister of Defense.

hmmmmmm, let me see, Ive lived in Ireland for 10 years, i know where and where not to wear orange. In the republic, no one cares if you wear orange or green or red white and blue or pink. But if i was in N Ireland, i wouldnt be wearin a big tennessee shirt walkin down the Falls, or at Castlecourt. But i wouldnt wear green on the Shankhill. And i wouldnt wear purple anywhere i saw a UDF grafitti sign.

Then again, Laddie J.A.B, once you participate in one of their REAL football games, don't most of them tend to wind up being colored blood red anyway?

Actually, i once played a football (soccer) game with Northern Irish and Irish people (or Catholic and Protestant in your terms), teams were mixed, it was played at the very heart of the shankhill road, thats were the heart of the violence is, and we had a great game. no bitter feelings, we all came away with pats on the back, and there was certainly no bloodshed.

Right you are, J.A.B!

Too bad that they've locked out the NHL over here. But then, the NBA seems to be taking up the slack when it comes to a good knock down, drag 'em out spectator sport.

How close are you to the Irish Channel? Many in my direct family line of about 150-200 yrs ago came to (and left from) the SE coast of the Emerald Isle.

Should you ever plan a trip to Middle TN, there's the annual Irish celebration held in Houston County [named for Sam Houston....it takes a TN person to show you folks from TX how to start a state!] each March. The big parade goes through center city [yeah...right!] Erin.....named for, you guessed it!

You can still be young! I mean 25 is kind of old to me, but compared to (for example) dirt, you are young!!! ;) Just kidding- I speak on behalf of the "youngsters" when I say that you are welcome to post here as well.

I am a young 'un and I am back and ready for sillyness!
I have been busy, and forgot where my home is. But now I am back and here is my song:

"Home, home on the board
where in the youth forums that one rocking lady Lords.
Where seldom is heard
a serious word
and we make fun of Becca all day!"

I am 24 so I may be a bit too old for this one...I wish that I had known about it a few years ago, but then the Internet was still in "dial up" days when I was in High School.
