    Probably more so... but not really conservatives. The Church of England was a "protestant church" that came out of the RCC. They maintained some of the false practices and doctrines such as infant baptism and baptismal regeneration.

    Those who held most tightly to the Geneva were the more radical Puritans as well as Baptists (who apparently tended to be arminian) and Separatists/Independents (which align pretty well with modern calvinist leaning or "once saved always saved" Baptists in doctrine).
